Ask for the distance of your clinic! Bedroom has a queen size bed plus a sofa bed, huge 65' SmartTV (use your own credentials to log in to your favorite apps) brand new Split air conditioner (No Heater), full bathroom. The living room has a small sofa, a dining table for 4, ceiling fan, and smart TV. Full kitchen, with stove, fridge, blender, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc, etc. The unit includes one shared parking space used by other guests. Due to the shared nature of the driveway/area, you may occasionally be asked to move your vehicle to allow others to exit or enter. We're excited to have you stay at our Airbnb! We don't offer any services related to post-operative care, nor do we have any affiliations with massage therapists, clinics, or nursing services. If you're coming for surgery you're more than welcome as any other guest just be aware we will require a $100 security deposit to ensure our linens, mattress, pillows, towels, etc., aren't damaged or soiled. The area features pre-manufactured homes, (no trailers or rv's) some lovingly maintained, others showing their age, and a farm-like setting with ducks, roosters, (expect some early morning wake-up calls) iguanas, cats, and plenty of wildlife and vegetation. Please be aware, this is a budget-friendly area, not a luxury neighborhood. You'll enjoy a safe and peaceful stay surrounded by nature. If you arrive and find it's a trailer park, send us photos of the RV'S or Motorhomes and your stay will be 100% free! The SUVs shown in the photos are not included with the property rental. We are proud to offer 15 totally independent units located in a quiet area with no through traffic, our units are situated in front of a small artificial lake. So you won't have to worry about people or cars passing by your unit. You will only see our other guests and the neighbors of the neighboring homes. Please Note: While we strive to provide a perfect stay, we are not responsible for the conduct of neighbors. Cuban culture is vibrantly loud and joyful, which can occasionally mean loud music or spirited conversations nearby. Additionally, we have no control over the physical appearance of adjacent properties. Our Guarantee: Within our premises, we maintain strict standards. You will find a clean, trash-free environment with no loitering only fellow guests staying at our Airbnbs. Our cozy tiny homes are part of a 4500 sq ft pre-manufactured house, thoughtfully divided into five completely independent units. Nothing inside is shared with anyone else; each unit has its own private entrance and all the amenities of a regular home. You'll find a full kitchen, a complete bathroom, air conditioning, comfortable beds, a TV, and all necessary furnishings. The only shared space is the deck by the lake in the back. Just like in any hotel, the units share walls. Laundromats, grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries & beauty clinics are less than 5 min away. Dolphin Mall, IKEA, FIU are 10 min away; Miami Airport is only 15 min away, Brickell & Downtown 30, and South Beach 40. Please be advised that it is our right to request a copy of your identification, regardless of any documentation previously submitted to Airbnb. Failure to provide this information may result in us requesting the cancellation of your reservation on your behalf., also note that changes to dates cannot be made less than 30 days before the start of the reservation. We do not accept reservations from local or visiting groups under the age of 25 who are traveling to Miami for parties, celebrations (birthdays, bachelor/ette parties), or Spring Break. Exemptions: This policy does not apply to families with children, young adults traveling with their parents, or quiet travelers such as siblings, professional coworkers, and post-operative recovery guests.
