**Guest Check-In & Key Fob Information**
Upon arrival, all guests must check in at the Guest Lobby Front Desk to receive the key fob required for access to the residence, elevators, amenities, and common areas.
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. The name on the ID must match the name submitted on the reservation and building registration. Access may be denied to individuals who are not properly registered or whose identification does not match the registration records.
The Guest Lobby is conveniently located to the right of the valet stand and is easily recognized by its distinctive teal-colored design.
Once check-in is completed and the key fob has been issued, guests may access and use any of the building's lobbies, elevators, and amenities throughout their stay.
**Key Fob Return Policy**
The key fob must be returned to the same Guest Lobby Front Desk at checkout.
Lost, damaged, or unreturned key fobs will incur a **$250 replacement fee**, which will be charged to the guest.
Once check-in is completed and the key fob has been issued, guests may access and use any of the building's lobbies, elevators, and amenities throughout their stay.
*House Rules*
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and residents, please review and comply with the following house rules:
*Guest Registration Required*
* All adult guests staying in the residence must provide their full legal name, photo identification, phone number, and email address.
* Building registration paperwork must be completed and electronically signed prior to arrival.
* Access instructions cannot be provided until the registration process has been completed and approved.
* Upon arrival, all adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID to the front desk to receive access credentials for the building and amenities.
* Providing false, incomplete, or misleading guest information may result in cancellation of the reservation and denial of access to the property.
*No Pets*
* Pets are not permitted in the residence or building amenities.
*No Smoking or Vaping*
* Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the residence, on balconies, and throughout all common areas of the building.
*Quiet Hours*
* Quiet hours are observed daily from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Please be respectful of neighboring residents and keep noise to a minimum during these hours
*No Parties or Events*
* Parties, gatherings, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
*Maximum Occupancy*
* The maximum occupancy for the residence must not be exceeded at any time.
* Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
*Building Amenities*
* All building amenities must be used respectfully and in accordance with building rules and regulations.
* Guests must follow all instructions provided by the front desk, management, and security personnel.
* Barbecue grills require advance reservation and may be used only in accordance with building policies.
*Parking and Valet Services*
* On-site parking may be available through a third-party valet company, subject to availability and the valet operator's terms and conditions.
* Guests who wish to park their vehicles may contract directly with the valet provider.
* The Host and Property Owner are not affiliated with the valet company and assume no responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, theft, towing, or other claims related to guest vehicles or personal property.
*Compliance and Liability*
* Guests are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all house rules, building policies, and applicable laws during their stay.
* Any violation of these rules may result in denied access to the building, deactivation of access credentials, removal from the property, cancellation of the reservation without refund, and/or fines imposed by the building or management.
* The Host and Property Owner reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay if guests fail to comply with registration requirements, occupancy limits, or any building or house rules.
Failure to comply with these house rules may result in fines imposed by the building, cancellation of the reservation, removal from the property without refund, and any other remedies available to the Host, Property Owner, or building management.
*Key Fob Return Policy*

Cancellation policy
