This clean and conveniently located room offers everything you need for your stay in Miami! If you're looking for an affordable spot for your vacation or business trip, this unit will have you covered: enjoy the dedicated work space, a wall mounted TV, laundry on site and the convenience of a full kitchen to prepare your own meals. Aldi supermarket just opened in our street so you can even walk to do your grocery shopping ! House is made up of 5 rooms, including this one. There is a mini-fridge in each room along with a smart tv with an extending arm to adjust the television. Max 2 people per room, no exceptions. There is a $15.00 charge for 2nd guest per night. The room is the last one of the left when entering the house We are a small team working every day. The best way to communicate is via Airbnb messaging. Please note the 2 bathrooms and kitchen, which are cleaned daily, are SHARED. Due to multiple guests sharing spaces may not be appropriate for surgery recovery. The AC is kept at a set temperature. Please note there is no heating system in the house. There is a security camera at the door and in the hallway.
