There are 3 gyms, showers, kids playroom, adult game room, & laundry room. The building's management company requires the Airbnb adult guest to pre-registered. My wife and I live off property and are not close to the Brickell / Miami area, Brickell is the best neighborhood in Miami located in the heart of downtown Miami walking distance from the very best Miami has to offer. The best restaurants like The Capital Grill, Flemings, The River Oyster Bar, Truluck's, Baby Jane's and the best Sunday Brunch which includes bottomless mimosas and music is by far Barsecco. A 5-10 minutes Uber ride will take you the American Airlines Arena and South Beach is also close by. Museums, Parrot Jungleand Bayside are also 7-10 minutes from Brickell. Getting around in Brickell is the easiest place to get around in the the state of Florida. It has limitless fast access to Ubers & Lyfts. It also has Metromover Trains and Buses, Trolleys, Electric and Regular Bikes and Scooters for rent, and of course many excellent restaurants, shopping, & malls within walking distance from your rental apartment.
