With lush tropical greenery creating the ultimate private space you can really enjoy the beautiful miami weather. Located just minutes from Coral Gables, Coconut grove, Downtown, Brickell and South beach. Private room with private access via backyard. Inside door of room is sealed off from the main home. Bathroom is located outside the room just a few steps away on the blue deck. Private backyard offers large pool and multiple spaces for seating and dinning. Will be provided with 2 keys. 1 key will be the main gate key in front of the property and 2nd key will be the bedroom key for French doors. You will not have access to the main house or main kitchen area. There will be a designated area to heat up food via microwave and small fridge to store your food. (As seen in pictures) Free to use the pool. Please swim responsibly. Pool is not heated. Free street parking is located around the corner to the right of the STOP sign.
