It is functional and practical and is in a strategical location. It is surrounded with a garden that is mowed often.
This place is not for everyone. Please keep an open mind when you book this place. The floors are a bit damaged. (Check Pictures). This is the original flooring of the house. We would like to keep it authentic. The house keeps an old romantic vibe to it.
Everything else is great. It is a great location, practical and functional. It is ideal for a group of friends coming to have fun in Miami, or a group trip on a budget, or a group who plans on spending most of the day outside, and just need a place to sleep, shower and make a quick meal. There is an AC, Washer/Dryer, Plates, Pots and Pans and hairdryer.
