This modern house has all the fixings for a fully comfortable stay offering 2 bedrooms with an open plush contemporary design, outdoor yard deck & jacuzzi spa. The space presents tasteful, adaptable decor & furnishings that create a serene, safe, & recreational setting. All the while conveniently located 5-7 mins to MIA Airport, Wynwood, Midtown & Design District. It’s also 10-15 min. ride to Downtown, Brickell, & Miami Beach. Perfect space for traveling couples, nomads, small group/families. Each room is equipped with clean towels, blankets and closet space for storage and convenience. All windows in each room have been upgraded to hurricane resistant impact windows for additional safety, noise reduction, and cooling/heating retention. Upon arrival you will be introduced to: A. The open concept living & kitchen space that has full on entertainment with smart TV offering live cable streaming services & apps (YoutubeTV, Netflix, etc.), an electric fireplace, sound bar, card games, readings and full bar (subject to availability) for use. Also, the sofa is modular and can be rotated to act as a full bed when placed together or 2 separate twin beds. B . Bedroom 1 acts as an office / sleeping space with a pull out queen sofa bed, work supplies such as whiteboard, 11x17 compatible printer, and general office tools/utensils. Additional bed sheets/blankets, pillows and mattress topper comforter pad are available as well as beach supplies in the closet. C. Bedroom 2 is a sleeping space with queen bed garmented in soft sage egyptian cotton sheets. There is also a private smart TV with live cable streaming services & apps (YoutubeTV, Netflix, etc.). The house contains a washer and dryer available for use. The kitchen has cooking utensils and pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, air fryer & flat bed griddle available. Directions for use can be given on any appliances if needed. The home is also equipped with an advanced water filtration system that provides 100% clean water throughout the entire house directly from the tap making bathing, drinking, and cleaning 100% safe and healthy. Cooler, picnic basket, pack n play crib for infants are also available for use upon request/availability. D. The yard space - Open for use with seating area, jacuzzi, wood firepit, bbq grill, and outdoor games such as giant jenga, connect4, cornhole and waterguns for fun in the sun. All yard night lights are solar powered and turn on automatically at night. - The hottub jacuzzi is available to use and can seat a maximum of 6 people. Please turn off jets and place lid back on jacuzzi after each use. Refer to house rules for more details. - The grill is a stainless steel propane gas grill with electric ignition and night lights. If you make use of the grill, please make sure to clean it with available scrubber/cleaning supplies and place the cover back on top of it after each use. Propane gas is available as supplies last, replacement tanks are available for $20, please inquire if needed. Please keep in mind that Miami is a tropical humid climate, so if you make use of any of the outdoor areas please make sure to fully close the doors behind you to prevent insects, mosquitoes, flies, lizards, etc. from coming inside the home. It is also very normal to encounter iguanas, cats, chickens or peacocks all across the city. *Please remember to also review house rules* Guest(s) will have access to the entire house except the rear suite which is locked/closed off & where the owner may reside and be available for any questions, guidance, local inquiries, and arising issues. Keys to the home will be in lockbox and returned to lockbox or owner upon departure. Owner is not always on site and if so it will be only be at small time frames (mostly in the evening) and will provide the upmost privacy & respect to all guests through their stay. The owner will be available on-site at times but will provide the upmost privacy and space to all guests throughout their stays. Owner is very nice, working professional, helpful and sociable so please feel free to ask any questions at any time via the airbnb text messenger regarding the space and/or local events, attractions, and activities if needed. Area is very accessible to many of Miami’s hot spots but removed enough from the crowds to provide a quaint escape from the hustle & bustle. Area is also a non flood zone (All times are driving times) Located about 5 minutes from MIA airport, 20-25 from FLL airport From the house, Uber & Lyft can bring you to many popular destinations within 5-15 mins barring traffic. The house is very centrally located. Grocery stores Walmart, Publix, Trader Joes, Target are only 5-10 minutes away. Car Rental is advised to get the most out of Miami & neighboring areas. Parking accommodation for 2 vehicles is available at the house in the driveway of home or on street in front of property. Do not park in front of neighbors driveway or property. Vehicle rental is recommended in Miami, though the house is very centrally located for use of Uber/Lyft. Discounts are available for weekly and monthly stays. For extended stays, there is periodic cleaning and maintenance service available for a fee. Highly recommended for stays 10 days or more. If additional or specialty cleaning is needed on linens, furniture, walls, kitchen ware & appliances, etc. aside from the standard, it will automatically warrant added fees depending on severity. Theft to any article items from the house will also not be tolerated and will warrant fees double (at minimum) the value of any item stolen/missing. If you accidentally break/damage an item, please notify host or it will assumed to be theft if not found on the property. (Best practice is to place things back where you found them) There is also additional add-ons available for stays as follows: A.
