Hut. Tiki Hut on Urban Farm and Animal Sanctuary

Spacious tiki hut, built in Seminole tradition. Hut has 2 single beds. Located at lively urban farm sanctuary. Enjoy sharing time with goats, pigs, chickens, cats, parrots and people. The tiki hut has electricity and furnished with lights and fan. Shared community kitchen, fully equipped. Two shared, private bathrooms and showers. Sunday volleyball and vegan potluck dinners are part of the fun! Vegetables and honey available for purchase in season. Please arrive by 7 p.m. on check-in day. This tiki hut is located under the trees, next to the squawking parrots and a rooster. It's like being in a forest and is best for people comfortable with elements of nature. The hut is just steps to the community kitchen and bathrooms. Our farm is a friendly, unique experience! (please note latest check-in time is 7 pm on arrival day) Share all common spaces on the farm, visit with animals and other guests. My husband and I live on the farm and are available most of the time. Our farm is located in a low-income neighborhood, called "little Haiti." We are fairly central to most points of interest including Wynwood, South Beach and Bayside. While it's easiest to get around by car, you can use uber as well. Buses run a few blocks from here all day, less at night. You might like to bring a flashlight and a beach towel. The tiki hut may have cobwebs up on ceiling.
