You'll be minutes away from Miami International Airport, Magic City Casino, public transportation, Nu Stadium, etc. It's the perfect opportunity to relax, work, and visit the surrounding area. A compact yet fully equipped studio suitable for 2 adults maximum. Studio is completely private and has a full size bathroom with a shower, kitchenette, and a closet. Early or late ✅ out may be available for an additional fee. If interested, please inquire. As you walk in you will see your cozy queen-sized bed in the studio designed for comfort and relaxation. AC is controlled by the main house and is usually set between 69 and 74. Upon request, temperature could be adjusted. 🅿️ There is one (1) parking space available at no additional cost upon your request (see spot in photos for your reference). Please let us know prior to your stay if you will need it in order to make arrangements. 🅿️arking Notice🚨 : Please note that pickup trucks DO NOT fit in the designated parking space due to size restrictions. Should you bring a pickup truck, you will NOT be permitted to have a reserved parking spot and will have to park at your own risk elsewhere. To enter the studio there are 3 non-slip steps and because it's a small space, unfortunately it is not suitable for a wheelchair.
