I would suggest rideshare, bike or electric scooters to get around downtown due to the cost of parking in and around the area.
There is a lost key fee of $100 and a re-entry fee of $100 if keys are locked in unit.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
