This suite has its own private entrance located on the left side of the property
Guests have their own parking that comfortably fits 2 vehicles
Any additional vehicles will have to double park
Parking on the side of road or on other properties is not permitted

For safety reasons, all children and minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times throughout the duration of your stay. This includes all areas of the property, especially the pool and backyard. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of minors in their party. Unattended children are not permitted under any circumstances.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
