Our home is very centrally located being 1 mile from downtown Coral Gables and Miracle Mile, half mile to Merrick Park and the Plaza; 1.5 miles from Coconut Grove, all of which offer world-class shopping, dining and people watching. We are also 20 mins. to South Beach.
This is a family home that we live in, but we are minimalists. We do our best to remove and put away all personal belongings with the exception of some of our children's clothes.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
