We are located about 15 minutes from Miami Airport and 25 minutes to FFL Airport. 15 Minutes to Wynnwood and Design District as well as Midtown.
Aventura mall also about 15 minutes away. Very nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Dunkin' Donuts just a few blocks away and markets less than 5 min away. Closest beach about 12 minutes.
Please note when we have a group of more than 10 ppl we charge an extra $50 for cleaning fee. We make the request once the reservation is confirmed and guest agree to the charge once it’s booked.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
