Located only couple blocks away from the beach, legendary Ocean Dr. and Espanola Way & walking distance to Lincoln Rd- restaurants/bars/shops/clubs and Convention Center, amazing central location in South Beach. Miami airport 20 min, Fort Lauderdale Airport 30 min, Airport Flyer Bus stops 1 block away. You will not be bothered, the apartment is all yours, but we are available any time you need to contact us. After booking the apartment, couple of days before your arrival date, you will receive emails with: - Check -in information - Some helpful tips about the neighborhood, tours, fun local activities, nightlife and other things to do - we prefer to communicate on Airbnb until check in, as we manage several properties and want to avoid any confusion. ( Please don’t email us, we rarely check emails.) We use SMS text messaging, “What’s App” for free texting and calling if it’s more convenient =). The building is situated steps to the beach, in a beautiful quiet residential neighborhood, surrounded by palm trees . This apartment will let you fully experience the South Beach life. Half block away from Washington Ave, where there are tons of restaurants/ bars/ lounges/ clubs around, all walking distance. A few blocks away from Flamingo park, couple of blocks away from Ocean Drive & about 3-4 blocks to Lincoln Road - pedestrian outdoor mall. Experience all the tastes of famous Espanola Way, only 1 block away. - Most popular clubs/lounges : Mynt, Baoli, Story, Nikki Beach, SLS- Hyde Beach , Exchange, Queen ( Don't sit on the furniture, Tree House- house underground music ) and more are all walking distance, just a few blocks away. - Great small boutiques are situated on Collins Ave below 9th st. for your shopping convenience. Highway that takes you to Miami ~ the city in 10 min is only a few blocks away. Miami airport 20 min away. Everything is in walking distance. - We recommend InDrive, Uber and Lyft - The bus station for all busses is one block away on Washington Ave. and 15th st., - 150 - Airport Flyer stops here as well, it runs every 30 minutes and it's a short 30 minutes ride from the airport.Local buss: Free Trolley - takes you around South Beach for free. Freebee- stretched golf cards- rides for tips. - There is a Citibike docking station across the street from the apartment. The Citi Bike program is Miami's bike sharing rental system, that gives locals and visitors a fun and convenient way to get around the city. There are Citibike stations every 2 blocks. Citibike has a mobile app that shows the map of South Beach with all stations available, number of bikes and docking spaces available at each station. If you absolutely must have a car during your stay, there are several parking options within walking distance from the apartment. Including a public parking garage only one block away. We can purchase guest residential parking passes for zone 2( which starts a block away from the apartment) for $20/day if need it. Flexible check-in/out means: - The earliest and latest check in/out times will also depend if there will be other guests check-out/in the same dates that you are checking in/out. If they are, then it will be somewhere mid-day ( my cleaning staff needs about 3-4 hours to set up the apartment in between guests, 11am-3pm). So I will coordinate your preferences with the other guests preferences and I’ll do my best to accommodate all. You will be able to drop your luggage while they set it up, if need be. - Late check-ins and early check-outs are ok, as we are using electronic for keys.
