The Avenue conveniently runs parallel to the beach and head south it will run alongside Ocean Drive. Beach chairs and umbrellas are placed on the beach by building staff daily , usually from 9am to 5pm est. Each apartment has permission to use 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella: however, it is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Non-smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the suites or on the building’s premises. Breaking Dharma’s non-smoking policy would result in a $500 fine.
