Located within the Icon Brickell tower grounds you’ll find the Mexican themed flavors of Tulum restaurant, Cippriani’s Italian cuisine and awe inspiring setting as well as one of America’s most highly rated Latin restaurants in Cantina La 20. The residence is just a short walk or ride by car, bike or even boat to world class dining, shopping, sporting events, entertainment venues and of course Miami's notorious nightlife.
You’ll have access to the entire residence during your stay as well as the Icon complex amenities during hours of operation.
Icon tower III only allows 4 adults to check in and register to receive amenities access. Minors under 18 years of age are not required to register for amenities access but must be accompanied by one of the four adults registered at check in to use the amenities.

Parking at Icon Tower III is by VALET ONLY and paid directly to the valet at their daily or hourly rates:
Up to 1 hour = $16
Up to 4 hours = $27
Up to 10 hours = $33
From 10 hours to 25 hours = $53
Valet charges you each time you pick up your vehicle and does not provide free in and out privileges.
Valet is able to park most cars, light duty trucks and SUVs but NOT commercial vans, trucks or other commercial vehicles.
Due to ongoing repairs across all three Icon Brickell tower’s exteriors, the pool deck will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday ONLY and will be closed from Monday through Thursday starting August 2025 and ending March 2027. All windows building wide are covered with protective plastic wrap until exterior facade renovations are completed in March of 2027 and there will be NO ACCESS to any unit’s balcony throughout the tower complex until March of 2027. The spa below deck including the sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold plunge and salt water pools will remain open all week, along with the gym.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
