Relax at this peaceful place in Kendall Miami. The house is located in a gated community. We have access to a beautiful community pool outside showers at the pool . Also, there is a basketball court, tennis court, and indoor racketball court. kids play ground and a gym. We are close to many restaurants. Fast food near by McDonald's Wendys , Dominios, Wing stop , Denny's Walmart , Miami Zoo. We are pest free. It's a one bedroom rental with a Queen size bed and a full bathroom. Bedroom is located on the 1st Floor , the bathroom is next to the bedroom. This bedroom is the only bedroom on the 1st floor. You will have your private space. You spend some of your time relaxing at the pool , gym, basketball court , tennis court, indoor racketball court. I am available by text and calls This neighborhood is nice, quiet, clean and you would really feel like you are getting a peaceful vacation. At night you can take a walk around the community. The lights and palm trees are beautiful. Bus, Car , Bike , Walk We are located 30 min to 45 min away from Miami Airport Depends on traffic (21 miles ) . We are 45 mins to and 1 hour away from Miami Beach & Hallandale Beach preferred *. 40 minutes away from Bayside Market Place. We are 51 min 35 miles away from Fort Laurdale Airport. We are 6 to 9 min away from Executive Airport. We are 10 to 14 mins away from Maimi Zoo.
