Minutes from public transportation, University of Miami, Nicklaus Children's Hospital, South Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and a quick drive to Brickell, Miami Beach, South Beach and Downtown Miami. You'll have the best of both worlds: easy public transportation and in a green, quite, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Frankly, it's really a cool place!! The studio is approximately 300 sq. ft. with separate private entrance. Living room has a seating area that includes a futon and a full size bed with deep a comfortable mattress. There's a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, plates, cups, utensils, with counter area. A large smart TV, viewable from all angles. You also have dedicated free private parking. Coral Gables, South Miami and Coconut Grove accessible by public transportation which is within walking distance. You will find shopping, eateries and bars. Merrick Place and University of Miami is a short ride away. Metrorail to downtown is a short bus ride away. Bus stop is two blocks from the studio. We appreciate the fact that many of our guests prefer our Airbnb because it's private and does not require you to interact with us unless you want to. We live in the main residence on the property. You'll have access to the studio through its private door next to your private parking. As such, you'll be able to come and go as you please without worrying whether you're bothering us. We will be here should you need us, and are happy to lead you in the right directions should you ask. We are always available just a call away but also respect your privacy. Bus stop two blocks away with access to metrorail. Metrorail to Brickell and downtown Miami or you can bike ride to Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and South Miami (bike available for use). Uber or short drive to Miami Beach or South Beach. There is no smoking allowed inside the studio.
