It has a Pool, a Bbq grill and outdoors dinning area, with nice gazebo for get togethers and a hammock. It offers a spacious, open concept and beautifully decored living room, dinning area with a full equiped kitchen, WiFi and parking space for up to 5 cars.
This property is a 3/2. For 6 guests. An additional guest can be added if they’re ok sleeping on the living room’s sofa which is very comfortable or an additional single bed in the second bedroom which is ideal for parents and their child for example.
There are 5 beds, a King in the master (with its own full bathroom), a Queen in the 2nd room and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom, there’s an additional bathroom for these 2 bedrooms and the above mentioned single foldable bed.
Parking lot space for up to 5 cars!
There’s a pool, however it does not have a heater!!
The gas bbq grill is free to use, we might leave the gas tank full, however we do not provide the gas, that’s why we don’t charge for the use of the bbq.
The owner and main host has a guest house attached to the property, sometimes she might be there, however you have the entire house for yourself and full privacy, when she’s there she’ll only take a space on the left side of the parking lot, and even when the guest house is attached to the main house, it’s completely independent and it has its private entrance.
You may be requested to sign a TOS before entering the property anything from a week to a day prior the check in date.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
