This beautiful, totally renovated house has 3 bedrooms (queen size bed each), 2 full bathrooms, private pool with heated jacuzzi. It is centrally located in one of Miami's most desirable neighborhoods close to beaches, shopping, and downtown. You will find sunbeds, big palm trees, cabana with lounge seats, basketball court, barbecue, workout area in the beautifully landscaped garden which provides peace and privacy. Fully equipped and perfect for holiday, family vacation, or long business trip. The house is centrally located one of the most prestigious neighborhood in Miami, just minutes from the beaches, shopping and downtown. Comfortable up to 7 people with lots of relaxation places inside and outside too. The garden table is covered with canopy so you can enjoy outside eating and hangout throught the whole year. The garden recently upgraded with a beautiful cabana and lounge chairs for peaceful relaxation. You will find a small electric barbecue too. The house provides total comfort with sofas, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, wonderful Florida room, a brand new (2018) central smart A/C, 2 new TVs, kitchen appliances, 2 bathrooms with washer and dryer. High speed WIFI is also available. The front and side doors work with smart locks and code. You don't have to worry about using keys, it's simple and easy to enter the house with your own code. Other extras: palm tree lighting in the back garden, 8 color illuminated pool, automatically heated jacuzzi. (Please note that the pool is NOT heated. However the jacuzzi is heated automatically up to 99-100 Fahrenheit). The front semicircular driveway is illuminated with intelligent led lights. You can enjoy free parking here during your entire stay up to 2 cars. All three bedrooms have queen size beds and there is an extra inflatable twin size bed too which can conveniently be placed either into the living room or into the Florida Room. The 3 bedrooms have closets and cabinets to comfortably place plenty of clothes. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster. Plates, glasses, cutlery and pans are also available for your full convenience. Book with confidence anytime! The house will not be shared with any other guests, neither in the garden and the pool area during your holiday. You can freely use all the rooms in the house, common areas, kitchen, bathrooms, garden, cabana, outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, garden furniture, basketball court, workout place, the pool and jacuzzi. On the property there is a small house (storage room) that will be closed. This, and two closets in the house are the only places that are not accessible. My wonderful co-host, called Vimari personally likes to welcome our guests if possible and make sure they are settled and comfortable. This is an upscale, beautiful and absolutely safe spot in Miami. Miami's upper-middle class live here in gorgeus tree-line houses. The house itself is located in a cul-de-sac, it means there is no transit traffic at all. Neighbors are silent, kind and absolutely reliable. Supermarket: Close supermarket by car approx. 5-7 minutes: Publix at Miami Shores. Address: 9050 Biscayne Blvd, Miami Shores. Miami Beach (North Beach): North Beach, not crowded, less tourists. By car from 79th Street, approx. 10-15 minutes. Parking on Sundays is usually free (check). Parking is cheaper than at South Beach. Miami Beach (South Beach): South (busy, tourist): by car on I95, then MacArthur Causeway, approx. 15-20 minutes. Beaches, bars, restaurants, etc. Parking 0-24 is payable, approx. 3-4 USD / hour. Miami Downtown: downtown area with skyscrapers. The area around Bayside is very cozy. Approximately 10-15 minutes. Parking is sometimes very difficult. Parking is to be paid 0 -24 hours Miami Design District (big-name brands, expensive but beautiful sight): approx. 10-15 minutes. Wynwood District (graffiti, very cozy places and bars): approx. 10-15 minutes. Best malls: Dolhpin mall (30-40 minutes, very good). Aventura mall (30 minutes, also good, but more expensive), Sawgrass mills mall (40 minutes, huge outlet, slightly cheaper). DOORS: There are 3 doors in the house: front, side and rear. The front and side doors have a smart lock. You will be given a unique 4-8 digit code before your travel. PARKING: You can enjoy free parking here during your entire stay up to 2 cars. PLEASE PARK ONLY ON THE INNER HALF CIRCLE OF THE DRIVEWAY, and do not park on the LED lights. Cars cannot cover any of the sidewalk. Never park on the grass. ALARM SYSTEM: There is an alarm system in the house. Cameras are located outside, all around the house, for extra safety. No one is looking at the cameras recordings except for security reasons. WELCOME GUIDE IN THE HOUSE: We have a short welcome guide and also a detailed one, where you will find the details of the house and the pool. Please MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING written in this information booklet. It explains you how to get in, the gates, trash, using of machines, AC, Wifi, kitchen and laundry appliances, cleaning and supplies, usage of the pool, operating the jacuzzi, pool lights and palm lights. Please note that the HOUSE IS USING SEPTIC TANK. Do not throw anything in the toilets except for toilet paper because it can damage the tank. NUMBER OF PEOPLE: MAXIMUM 7 PEOPLE allowed in the house. NO INVITATIONS OF OTHERS ANYTIME! ID CHECK UPON CHECK-IN: on the first day of your stay we will verify the guests’ IDs and take a photo of them. We will not use your data, and will delete the photos of your IDs after you left. This process is required for security reasons. OTHER IMPORTANT RULES: No drugs. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed indoors anytime, only outside the backyard - must not throw cigarette buds on the ground. Please make sure you close the back door so the smoke does not come into the house. No outside guests at all. Must be respectful and cleaned after self inside the house and outside too. Love your living area and leave the House the same way you found it. You will check in to a clean house. Your Airbnb fee includes the cleaning fee which covers the cleaning prior to your arrival NOT AFTER. You are responsible for maintaining the House clean the rest of the time. Especially after cooking each time. There are necessary cleaning products underneath the kitchen sink and the laundry sink. A dustpan and a mop can be found inside the laundry room by the washer and dryer and you may use those. Please be sure to put them back after each use. For stays longer than a month, you are responsible for purchasing additional cleaning products after you use what is under the kitchen sink. The following are our expectations: - We expect you to clean up spills on the floor, counter and inside the refrigerator. - We expect you to wipe the stove from grease after each use. - We expect you to wash your own dishes and leave all dishes, pots, and pans clean. The dishwasher is available. - We expect you to throw out your trash every two to three days. There are 2 different trash bins in the kitchen. Left: general trash, right: plastic and glass trash. Trash bags are under the sink. Outside big trash bins are located outside behind the small house. The general trash goes to the black bins, the plastic/glass to the green No trash, or trash bags are allowed around the house. Put all garbage bags into the outside dustbins. You will be charged an additional Deep Cleaning Fee of $250.00 if we find that you did not keep the House clean and leaving it as close as possible to how you found it. Pictures will be taken after your departure and submitted to Airbnb if we find it necessary to charge the Deep cleaning fee. INVENTORY CHECK UPON CHECK-OUT: we keep a detailed and COMPLETE INVENTORY of the things in and outside of the house. Upon checkout, we will go through the inventory to check that everything is in place and nothing is broken. MISSING OR BROKENT ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED. POOL RULES: ---------------- • POOL HOURS: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Please note that the pool is NOT heated. However the jacuzzi can be heated up to 99-100 Fahrenheit (please see the information book in the house about how to heat the jacuzzi). • QUIET HOURS: between 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM must be respected to avoid disturbing any neighbors. • NO PARTIES EVER. In case of having a party, neighbors will IMMEDIATELY CALL THE POLICE, and you will be moved out of the property right away. • NOISE: No loud music or shouting ever. No basketball ever between 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM. This is an extremely quiet area, you must keep all noise at a minimum level at ALL TIMES. • CHILDREN must be supervised at ALL TIMES around the property and pool. Parents or guardians ACCEPT TO TAKE ALL RESPONSIBILITES regarding pool and jacuzzi usage of children. Any guests not following these instructions will not be allowed to use the pool. Child alarms are located on the back windows and the back door, through which the pool could be accessed. THE CHILD ALARMS ARE ARMED! In case of opening the windows they provide a very loud sound. The aim of the child alarms to prevent children access to the pool without adult supervision. We accept families with children. • DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT: it is not allowed to touch the pool equipment as it can cause serious problem to the pool. You can only control the jacuzzi on/off switch, the jacuzzi heater, the pool lights and the palm lights. • POOL MAINTENANCE: pool cannot be used during and 1 hour after pool maintenance (done once a week, usually on Tuesday morning). • ALCOHOL should be kept at a minimum around the pool and carefully handled. • GLASS: ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS in or around the pool. Any broken glass that falls into the pool will require an extensive draining and cleaning process which will be charged to your expense. Please use only the plastic cups outside at the pool. Be responsible and careful when enjoying the pool. • EATING, DRINKING, SMOKING or any other inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited in the pool and in the spa. (In problematic cases camera recordings might be checked). • JUMPING TO THE POOL: it is proposed to avoid jumping to the pool as you can cause serious injuries to yourself and others. In case of jumping, only for your own responsibility and only from the pool deck. It is prohibited to jump to the pool from the spa or the spa walls. Caution: the depth of the pool is not the same everywhere, it is lower at the stairs! • SMOKING: allowed in the outside areas ONLY, NOT IN THE HOUSE (no exceptions!) We will impose a claim in your security deposit if smoking odor is found in the house to cover extra cleaning. • ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. If neighbors notice illegal or inappropriate behavior they will call the police immediately. You will be asked to leave, if there is any illegal activity. Use common sense and take good care of this home as it was yours.
