Quiet hours begin afterward at 10 p.m. The rest of the time, we ask that you keep it at a reasonable level to respect the neighbors. Unfortunately, post-surgery stays are NOT allowed. We provide toilet paper and paper towels for the first day of stay only, dishwasher soap and trash bags are also provided for 1-2 days only. Then you need to supply it by yourself. This house is a smoke-free property, SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE. Smoking is only allowed outside. A $200 special cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected. Pack and play is provided upon request and must be requested at least 24 hrs. before check-in. Nothing can stick to the walls. If something sticks to the walls, we will charge up to $200 to repaint the walls. We provide you with a gas tank. In case the gas tank is empty, you can exchange it at the nearby Walgreens for $20.00. If you use a grill, you will need to CLEAN it after each use and CLOSE it. Rain damages the grill, and you may be charged if the grill is damaged by rain. If the grill is not clean, the $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. Guest shall use the Property only for residential purposes and in a careful manner to avoid any damage or loss to the Property and always maintain the Property in clean and sanitary condition. AC units are set at 75F and can be lowered to 70F maximum. Setting the A/C too low may result in the system freezing or failing, leaving the house without A/C for an extended time. A charge may apply for AC repair. Please keep in mind during high heat times, the A/C may rise slightly but should return to a set temperature in the evening. ALL WINDOWS must remain closed while the air conditioning is running. Not suitable for pets PETS are allowed only with prior approval and an additional $100 cleaning fee and additional $500 security deposit will apply Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet. In case it gets clogged, the plumbing fee will depend on the plumber, which can range from $200 to $450. Guest shall use the Property only for residential purposes and in a careful manner to avoid any damage or loss to the Property. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Owners are not responsible for the loss of guest's personal belongings or valuables. Please note: This is a private studio located within a shared home. The main house may be occupied during your stay. By accepting, you agree that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other persons they invite to use the premises. Guest hereby waives and releases any claim against the owner of the Property and its successors, assigns, employees, or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injury or death that Guest may suffer on or near or adjacent to the Property including common facilities, activities, or services. The Guest agrees to use the facilities or services under his/her initiative, risk, and responsibility.
