All guests must comply with the house rules which include, but are not limited to:

- Extra visitors or house guests , of any kind, are not allowed, unless they are on the reservation.
- No pets
- Quiet Hours are from 11 pm to 8 am
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
