• Each person Must complete online screening application. $100 per person or per married couple. (5-7 business days prior to check-in)
• In-person orientation prior to check in. Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm (except holidays).

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
