This is NOT a party spot but a place to relax in the pool, hot tub or relaxing dinners at home after visiting Miami venues. Set in a quiet neighborhood, 2 miles from shopping & restaurants. This is your home away from home vacation spot! Apartment is fully equipped including coffee machine with coffee, tea, sugar, creamer provided, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, glassware complete with wine glasses as well as plastic glasses for use around the pool area, pots & pans, iron, ironing board. There is a water purifying system installed so no need to purchase bottled water. Bath, pool & kitchen towels, shampoo, soap, razors supplied. Unique, beautiful pool/patio area, and 3 burner gas bar-be-cue grill. Apartment bedroom has French doors leading to the furnished screened-in covered patio that leads out to the pool, Jacuzzi & the bar-be-cue. Covered patio has additional table & chairs available for additional dining space. Pool patio area has gazebo with love seat & 3 additional chairs & fire pit. There are 2 chase lounge chairs w/cushions for sun bathing. Additional 2 small chairs with cushions. several side tables & 4 umbrellas. I live in the main house with my dog, Mocha, (very friendly 45 lb. mixed bull dog) that is completely separate from the apartment. Although you'll probably see her occasionally when she's in the back yard for 'relief' time. the rest of the time she'll be inside the main house with me. The apartment is attached to the main house but is completely private with private walk-way to the private entrance. This house is located at the end of the street, on a corner lot in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Unit is 2 miles to Falls Shopping Center containing shops, restaurants, grocery store and bars. Also 2 miles from Publix grocery, CVS pharmacy, & Total Wine and post office. it's 6 miles to the Dadeland Station Metro Rail-public transportation. The unit is not suitable for children under 18 either as guest or visiting guests, any type of parties or special events is prohibited due to insurance regulations. Miami-Dade County noise regulations 11 PM to 7 AM are strictly adhered to.
