Studio located at the rear of my home. My place is good for couples, solo adventures, and business travelers. Cozy with all the basic necessitates. Quiet and safe residential area. Centrally located close to Downtown, Brickell, Little Havana, and Coral Gables. Near to everything in Miami, 33145 zip code. It will take you little time to get anywhere. Close to supermarkets, shopping, nightlife, attractions, pharmacy, beaches, and many other places.
The studio is totally private, cozy and clean. It has a full bathroom, a queen size bed, smart TV, a basic wifi service, a table with two stools, and small kitchen area with mini fridge, microwave, Coffee maker and a toaster. (There is no stove)
Approximately the studio is 240 sq ft. There's free parking available on the street, and all the basic necessities are provided for a pleasant stay. Please DO NOT SMOKE inside the place.
Note: Coin laundry located around the corner from house, about 2 minutes walk.
Guests are welcome to sit in the patio. You are able to smoke if you like outdoors and must dispose of butts in appropriate ashtray. In mango season you are free to grab them from our mango tree.
We rent other units in the property, each one is totally private, so you will have privacy and will not share your space with other guests. The patio is the only place that is shared.
For work reasons it's not possible we meet our guests at the check in .
The studio has a lockbox on the door,
once your reservation is confirmed,
we will provide check in instructions with the combination for you to get the key. I'm available via Airbnb messenger for any questions or concerns. If you have any questions you can always message me😊
My neighborhood is very quiet and safe, centrally located. Shenandoah is a beautiful, safe, historically-rich neighborhood located just south of Little Havana and west of Downtown Miami. The neighborhood roughly spans from SW 8th Street (Calle Ocho) to the north to Coral Way to the south, between SW 27th Avenue and SW 12th Avenue.The neighborhood is made up almost entirely of historic single-family homes and duplexes. Aside from the (surprisingly) well maintained historic homes in the neighborhood, the neighborhood is also conveniently located between two major commercial centers- Miracle Mile and Downtown/Brickell.

3 min drive from calle 8, and Coral Way street
10 min from Downtown Miami, the airport MIA, key Biscayne
15 min from Wynwood/art District.
20 min from Port of Miami
20 min from the beaches
1 mile from metro rail.
Bus route #22 less than 2 minute walk. Walk west about 5 blocks and get bus #27.
Yo can use the free Miami Trolley in Coral Way street.

Note: The best way to transport is to use Uber or Lyft. Another way is to rent a car. I truly recommended it.
Please, you can't flush any toilet paper, feminine products, or other items in the toilet. A wastebasket is provided.
Two cats live in the yard, they are friendly. Please do not feed them.
No maid service will be provided during your stay. Cleaning products will be provided for you to keep the place clean, in case you need it.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
