To maintain a comfortable environment, ensure all windows and doors remain closed while the A/C is in use. 5. **Check-In**: This is a Front Desk check-in property. All the details for a seamless check-in and check-out will be provided via Airbnb chat. We recommend reviewing the house rules beforehand to ensure an exceptional stay. 6. **Packages**: You are welcome to receive packages only if you stay 31 plus days, though we cannot assume responsibility for them. If you expect a delivery prior to your arrival, please inform us so we can do our best to assist. Kindly note that we are unable to access the mailbox, so mail cannot be received. 7. **Child Safety**: If you're traveling with children, please be aware that cleaning products are accessible. Ensure they do not have access to these materials for their safety. 8. **Supplies**: We provide an initial supply of essentials like toilet paper (with extras under the sink) and other items. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to replenish these supplies. 9. **Amenities** Please note that certain buildings amenities or common areas (such as pool, gym, elevators, or other facilities) may be temporarily closed for maintenance without prior notice. These closures are managed by the building, and we have no control over them and cannot be held responsible.
