This registration grants you entry to the building, access to common areas, and free parking, ensuring your safety during your stay. Please send a photo of your government-issued ID—passport for non-US guests, and a driver’s license or similar for US guests—along with your email address here in “contact host”. We can’t access IDs submitted to Airbnb directly. Once a guest is registered, any changes to the registration will incur a fee of $52. ➤ KEYS: 2 (two) sets of FOBs and keys will be available after check-in. Per the building rules, only two FOBs are permitted per apartment for access to the facilities and elevators. The physical key is for the apartment door, and there is also a smart lock installed, allowing you to unlock the door using your phone (via the August app) if you prefer not to use a physical key. Clearance is 6’-2”. The garage is best suited for small SUVs and sedans; larger vehicles may find it challenging to navigate. For additional cars, valet parking is available at reasonable rates. The property is not responsible for lost or stolen items or any damage that may occur in the parking area. If you have an extra car, you may use the valet (subject to availability, cash only!): Up to 1 hour = $15 1 to 4 hours = $27 4 to 10 hours = $35 10 to 24 hours= $55 (Rates can change without notice). ➤EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT : We are now offering the early check-in and the late check-out (based on availability). The early check-in starts at 1 pm and the cost is $60. Same with the late check-out, you get two extra hours for $60, until 12 pm (that amount goes to the additional cleaning crew who will help with speeding up the cleaning process). Please let us know if you wish to check in early, or to check out late at least 24 hours before your arrival. ➤ LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE: For your convenience, the front desk of the building offers luggage storage services should you need to leave your bags before check-in or after check-out. Please note that this service is subject to availability and incurs a fee of $6 per piece of luggage for collection before 5 p.m. For pickups after 5 p.m., the fee is $10 per piece of luggage. Also, you can use any other luggage services around (e.g. Bounce Luggage Storage). ➤PACKAGES AND MAIL : Letter mail is not permitted, only packages. Please make sure that they are going to arrive on your dates booked. If it’s outside that time window, the Package room in the building won’t accept your package as it’s going to be another guest residing and his name is going to be in the building management system. The RECIPIENT NAME of the packages must match the guest name registered in the application. All packages are delivered to the Package room in the building (it's open Mon-Fri 8am-11pm, Sat-Sun 10am-6pm). To receive the package, please be ready to provide your ID. If you forget to pick up your package, you must email the package room with your return label to ship it back. It is your responsibility to ensure the package is picked up; we are not responsible for unreturned items. The TV is a Smart TV that works only with streaming apps. Please use your account in one of the available apps on the TV. There is a new sofa bed with a chase in the living room that lifts up and out smoothly and expands into a cozy bed for guests. Please refer to the last uploaded photo. The sofa bed provides a firm level of comfort (bed width: 56 3/4", length: 78 "/8 "). ➤ AIR CONDITIONER: 70 F is the lowest temperature the air conditioner supports. Please, keep the windows and doors tightly closed while the air conditioner is on, as keeping them opened would cause condensation inside the ducts, and the temperature in the apartment won’t go down. We cannot guarantee a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside the range of 70–75°F. ➤ HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Please note, we provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. *We no longer provide washcloths, as they are considered personal hygiene items.* We welcome families to use our place, but advise it’s not, in any way, child-proof, or especially adapted to minors or people with disabilities. It’s not a risk-free environment. Please, use common sense while enjoying this place. Please note that the pools and other amenities are subject to availability and may be closed at the discretion of the building management. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand that these closures are beyond our control and we are not responsible for them. We are unable to offer compensation or resolution for any such closures. The guest is responsible for researching the area and events and determining whether it's appropriate for their stay. No refund will be issued for weather, flight cancellations, or any other travel- related issues.

Cancellation policy

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
