We offer Limited Amenities and one time complements like toilet tissue, toothpaste and clean sheets, guests replenish their complementary items and do their laundry. Also, like any other tropical setting with amazing Tropical climate, be cautious If you hate to see insects. We don't like insects but at times they follow lights. Yes we have chemical application and LED insects trapper, they die shortly. This is a Tropical climate, everything loves it !!! It doesn't means you will live and eat with insects, this is a caution to avoid any Drama since we have zero Drama Policy. Everyone Loves it Down here, so much fun to life. That is not part of your booking. It's an amenity we have offered to you for free. Pool is highest maintenance, I don't think you wanna pay alot for booking because of pool maintenance additional charges.. However, we offer it for free to our Lovely guests when ever pool is ready. You will have full access to the pool and pool areas including BBQ & Grill, but don't be low if there is no propane Gaz or if the pool is not clean as you want. It's free for you. We love our guests as much as we don't want our guests to spend more money on booking. We have additional services at cost when available. Extra bedsheets, towels, tissue paper etc anything additional has extra cost and charged Thanks so much for understanding. Note/: Everyone is advised to eat at dining table to avoid staining sheets, towels, Rug(carpet) etc You will be charged a full set replacement fee if one item out of a set is stained. Furthermore, If you leave a mess at anytime during your stay in any shared areas or anywhere in the property or after checkout, you will be charge cleaning fees and inconvenience fees accordingly.
