It’s location is great for getting wherever as the Dolphin Expressway takes you East to West towards Downtown, Wynwood, Miami Beach, etc; and the Turnpike takes you North-South towards Sawgrass Mall northbound or the Keys to the south. Aside from easy access to key expressways, Casa Su is also located within 10 minutes drive from Dolphin Mall, Doral Cityplace, the Everglades, and much more. It is also fairly close to Coral Gables and 8th St by Little Havana. Casa Su | The Layout The first floor has a foyer, formal living room, laundry room, one en-suite bedroom, formal dining room, kitchen, powder room, family room with dining area and games; and a large covered terrace area. The second floor has the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Casa Su | The Terrace Casa Su sits right at the end of a large lake. The sun sets behind the lake so the sunset from the terrace is truly a beautiful one. The covered terrace includes a large seating area with a BBQ Gas grill, 6 person hot tub and a ping pong table. The terrace is also equipped with built-in Bluetooth speakers and ambient lighting for the night time. Casa Su | Sleeping Areas Downstairs there is a Junior Master bedroom, complete with a queen size bed, fully renovated bathroom and walk-in closet. The is the Maroon Room. Upstairs is the main Master Bedroom with another queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. This is the Burgundy Room. Upstairs there is also two additional bedrooms that face the lake, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin size beds and a work area. These are the Jade Room and the Indigo Room. Casa Su | The Services Areas Casa Su counts with a fully equipped kitchen, including all utensils needed for cooking if you so desire. It also has appliances such as, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, electric pressure cooker, electric rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, microwave and French door fridge and freezer. Aside from this, there is also a freestanding freezer for extra storage. Casa Su also counts with a private laundry room with washer and dryer. Guests will have access to the entire home, except for a walk in closet in the Burgundy Room and the closets downstairs in front of the stairs and below the stairs. We use these for storage of items needed to service Casa Su. Casa Su offers self check in and check out. Upon booking, the guests will be provided with an access code that will be active for the remainder of their stay. However if there are any questions, Giselle or Cristina will be available by phone for anything that the guests may need. Casa Su is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in Tamiami. The house itself is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac so it is very quiet in terms of people walking by or the amount of cars. It is a very safe neighborhood, with the majority of the neighbors having lived there for many years. The ideal mode of transportation is renting a car. However access to Uber or Lyft is very simple. The neighborhood is walkable, so that is always an option too. Casa Su counts with parking spaces for up to four cars. Casa Su has cameras on the exterior for the guests’ protection and ours.
