Guest can use all the apartment and also access to all amenities the building offers. Guest can request immediate assistance and can communicate through Airbnb platform or call to co-host. Brickell neighborhood is full if restaurants, malls coffee shops every this is walking distance. Guest can walk through the neighborhood or use their car. Parking in the neighborhood is by meter or parking garages. Please be aware the building requires registration with them, you will be required to e-sign rules and regulations agreement, every guest will have to provide email addresses, copy of IDs or passports (if foreign nationals), and the building will charge a onetime registration fee of $52 for one of the guests. Registration must be completed 1 business day before your arrival. If you do not provide the documents on time, you will not have the access granted by the building.
