Located between Coral Gables and Pinecrest. 5-10 minutes by car from the coast, at the Matheson Hamock beach and marina where you can sunbathe, swim, relax at the sand, or enter the mangroves or the canals or the sea by kayak, and also dare to do some kitesurf! Other distances by car: 2 mins to Dante Fascell Park (tennis, basketball, volleyball, playground, fitness) 3 mins to South Miami Baptist Hospital, Wholefoods & Publix Markets. 5 mins to University of Miami 10 -15 mins to Coconut Grove and Coral Gables public gorgeous Venetian Pool. 20 -25 mins to Brickel and Downtown. 30 mins to Key Biscayne, Miami Beach and the airport Metrorail is a 5-minute walk.
