Welcome to your private home away from home near the Miami River, less than 10 minutes from Downtown Miami and the airport and about 15 minutes to the beach. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, spacious closets, and relaxing sunsets from the backyard by the water. The home is completely private for guests. The property is on a shared lot where my family lives in a separate house next door with its own entrance and fenced separation. Your entrance and guest area are not shared so your stay is private The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for groups. A pull-out sofa is available upon request and must be requested in advance so it can be prepared before arrival. An additional inflatable mattress is also available for extra guests. One of the bathrooms is accessed from the exterior of the home. The backyard is accessible from the left side of the house when facing the property. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the backyard while you're fishing and enjoying a drink from the comfort of your stay. The property is on a shared lot with a separate family residence next door. Your Airbnb space and entrance are completely private. Occasionally a family member’s vehicle may be parked in the covered carport area, but it is not connected to the guest space and does not affect guest privacy.
