Located in the middle of the Brickell Ave entertainment and dining area, close to world-class shopping! Designer furnished and fully appointed studio on the 42nd floor of the Icon Brickell Complex. Great views, HUGE walk-in closet, close to everything Brickell Ave and Downtown have to offer. Fifteen minutes to South Beach. All you need for a couple of days or a couple of months. SPECIAL NOTE: Please be advised that that there will be building construction work commencing late June, 2025, lasting until February 2026. During this time the pool will be available on the weekends only. There will be balconies sealed off and not usable. The spa, gym and other amenities will not be affected. Rates for these dates have been adjusted to reflect. Guests will have use of the entire Studio. Almost 500 sq. ft. of space, includes a queen-size bed, kitchen with all equipment and full-size designer appliances. Guests will be required to submit a copy of a legal ID such as a driver’s license or passport at least 24-hours before check-in in order to be registered with the building. (Only registered guests have access to the amenities). The unit is strictly non-smoking. If guests smoke in the unit a $200 fee will apply. There is a US $100.00 fee for any elevator FOBs lost or not returned at the end of your stay. We want our guests to love our apartment and Miami as much as we! Just let us know how we can help. Icon Brickell is at the heart of the Miami business, financial, shopping and entertainment district. Many of Miami’s most famous restaurants and bars are within walking distance nd there are plenty of ride-share services available. The neighborhood is great for running, walking and people watching over a cup of Miami’s famous Cuban coffee! The apartment is located directly on Brickell Ave. East of the 5th St. bridge. There is easy access to free shuttles, trollies and other novel transportation ideas. We are close to the Metro station and People Mover. Plus, we are within walking distance to world-class shopping, Brickell City Centre, The Design District, Wynwood, and a multitude of dining experiences. South Beach is about 15 minutes away. There is easy UBER/LYFT access, which is the best way to move around. The building offers valet parking only. Rates are: $11.00 for 1 hour $20.00 for up to 4 hours $42.00 after 4 hours/over night There are no in-and-out privileges and no on-street parking. Parking can get very pricey, all over Miami, which is why many of our guests prefer not to have a car. Complimentary valet parking valid only for stays of 31 days +. Guests will have full use of all the amenities of the Icon Brickell development and the W Hotel. The gym is amazing and has a variety of classes in various disciplines as well as a weight room and ample cardio machines overlooking the Biscayne Bay. Plus, there is a full service spa, offering a menu of treatments, including massage and facials. Enjoy the largest pool in the southeastern US, complete with poolside food and beverage service.
