Rated Miami’s safest neighborhood on the “World according to Biggs” (Travel Channel) A very hip and centrally located neighborhood from which to explore all of Miami and the beaches. At ANY hour Uber is 2-3 minutes away.
Public transportation three blocks away and Uber is usually less than four minutes away!
24 hour pharmacies, Walmarts and legendary Cuban restaurants. Very close access to South Florida's biggest outlet mall.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
