Welcome to your retreat in the heart of Brickell with FREE PARKING. This 1 BR condo on the 39th floor offers partial views of the bay and a gorgeous cityscape, providing a truly memorable stay. Enjoy a spacious bedroom with 2 comfy queen beds and a walk-in closet. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer incredible vistas of the skyline, and a perfect balcony for unwinding. The building also has a pool, gym, hot tub, game room and 24 hr front desk/security. Walkable to all the best of Brickell. Large living room with cozy couch and dining area with 75 inch tv. One large bedroom with two queen beds and 70 inch tv, walk in closets and large balcony with rocking chairs and incredible view. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook a great meal. We have an extra floor mattress for a fifth guest. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and vanity for one. Parking space is in the buildings covered garage. Guests will have full access to the condo unit and the public amenities on the property such as the gym, pool and hot tub. Were available 24/7 for anything our guests may need. Brickell, the city's financial center, hugs Biscayne Bay and the Miami River while giving you the big city feel. Rooftop bars, glitzy restaurants fill the neighborhood with life while fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site. CitiBikes are readily available throughout the metro area via CitiBike stations. This building requires pre-registration which includes providing your email address and photo ID to your host. Please note this building is busy and elevator wait times may be longer than usual during busy weekends. We recommend leaving an extra 10 minutes in your schedule for elevator travel. Our parking space is in floor 11. Please note that it can take up to 5-7 minutes to drive up or down. **we only have one fob for guest use
