(No pets) **please note that the balcony is open 7 days but the pool deck is currently closed Monday-Friday due to renovations on the property. Spa, gym and all other amenities still open 7 days a week.** WHITECAPS has a well thought out interior with beautiful touches, all overlooking Brickell and the Miami River. The kitchen comes equipped with dinnerware, dishes, glasses, silverware, wine glasses, toaster, blender, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, cooking pots, and pans. The bathroom has all of the essentials including shampoo, conditioner, face wash, bar soap and towels. There is not a walk in closet but the condo is equipped with a built-in stand up hanging rack with drawers. The building has valet parking only. Prices are not included with the reservation and payment is directly with the building. Prices as follows: 0-1 hours: $13 1-4 hours: $24 4-10 hours: $30 10 to 24 hours/ overnight: $50 There is metered parking on the street and garages nearby if you want to save a few bucks. The building has the best amenities in the city and it's all included in your reservation. The building is strict with security for your safety. Please keep in mind that non-registered guest are not allowed to use the amenities. Check-in time: 3 PM to 11 PM Checkout is 11am (1 hour later than most) Check ins or check outs before or after this timeframe would have to be arranged separately and are subject to fees. No pets
