PARKING: Reserved parking attached to the building $20 flat fee per day is available as long as you reserve it with the car details between the office hours of 10am-3pm during Mon- Friday . Please keep in mind we will need the vehicle information to reserve your spot. After business hrs and weekend Guests can park at the College Station garage located directly across the street. 190 NE 3rd St Miami Florida 33132. Overnight parking is available at $15 -20 per day if the car stays parked . In and out is additional. The facility is well-lit and monitored by security for added safety.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
