There are security cameras outside the apartment within the building premises. Amenities such as a washer and dryer, coffee maker, and others are included and are listed in the accommodation listing. One parking space is available upon prior request. Violation of the house rules may result in immediate eviction. The apartment is kept clean and tidy. Upon arrival, please let me know immediately if you notice anything dirty or damaged. I kindly ask that you leave the apartment clean and orderly, follow the house rules, and adhere to the check-out instructions, including proper trash disposal. Guests undergoing surgical procedures are welcome, but must notify the host in advance and take precautions to avoid staining the sheets or mattress with blood. The living room and bedroom each have a television. The living room features a leather couch with two cushions and a set of two tables. The Wi-Fi modem is on one of the tables next to the lamp—please do not unplug it. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, mirror, desk with chair, and closet. The mattress is medium-firm and comes with two pillows, sheets, and a blanket. The bathroom provides soap, towels, and toilet paper. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. The dining area has a table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishes, cutlery, blender, coffee maker, and other basic items. Please note that there are no pots or cooking utensils. If requested in advance, a parking space can be assigned; otherwise, street parking is available.
