The luxurious Icon Brickell (W Residences) feature a 28,000 square foot pool, spa, fitness center, wet and dry sauna, poolside bar, fireplace, life size chess set and a ton of dining options right in the complex. Any pets require an additional $150 Pet fee. 1. The Icon Spa is a 28,000 square foot complex with a juice bar, treatment rooms, and a 5,000 square foot aqua therapy. Pool access also limited due to construction to only Saturday and Sunday, but spa is open regular hours including the weight room, sauna. steam, and all other spa features.
