Brickell Area & Apartment Details The apartment unit is in located in the heart of Brickell, Miami's Financial District and a local and tourist hot-spot with tons of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife in the city and is arguably the best neighborhood in the city for walkability just steps away from the building. The apartment is located in The Club at Brickell Bay at 1200 Brickell Bay Drive, Miami, FL 33131. This studio apartment is located on the 26th floor of the building with great views from the balcony of both partial Bayviews and city views. High-speed wifi of 200 megabytes per second in the unit and two (2) Smart TV's with cable live TV channels also to watch your favorite sports and shows. Guest access Guests enjoy 100% FREE ACCESS to all of the building amenities including the 2 resort-style pools, jacuzzi and 3-room gym on the 14th floor. Also, guests have 1 ASSIGNED FREE PARKING SPOT in the garage in the base of the building. Guests have full access to the apartment and all resort-style amenities, including the outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and sundeck overlooking Biscayne Bay. Enjoy 24-hour concierge and security, valet or self-parking (if applicable), and convenient on-site shops and dining. The condo features a private balcony, in-unit washer/dryer, and easy check-in process. The Building Association requires that the FIRST arriving guest be registered and acknowledge the building rules. The property is not responsible for lost or stolen items or any damage that may occur in the parking area. Please note that this service is subject to availability and incurs a fee of $6 per piece of luggage for collection before 5 p.m. For pickups after 5 p.m., the fee is $10 per piece of luggage. Also, you can use any other luggage services around (e.g. Bounce Luggage Storage). - PACKAGES AND MAIL : Letter mail is not permitted, only packages. Please make sure that they are going to arrive on your dates booked. If it’s outside that time window, the Package room in the building won’t accept your package as it’s going to be another guest residing and his name is going to be in the building management system. The RECIPIENT NAME of the packages must match the guest name registered in the application. All packages are delivered to the Package room in the building (it's open Mon-Fri 8am-11pm, Sat-Sun 10am-6pm). To receive the package, please be ready to provide your ID. - OTHER NOTES The TV has a Fire TV Stick that works only with streaming apps. Please use your account in one of the available apps on the TV. - AIR CONDITIONER: 70 F is the lowest temperature the air conditioner supports. Please, keep the windows and doors tightly closed while the air conditioner is on, as keeping them opened would cause condensation inside the ducts, and the temperature in the apartment won’t go down. We cannot guarantee a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside the range of 70–75°F. - HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Please note, we provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. *We no longer provide washcloths, as they are considered personal hygiene items.* We welcome families to use our place, but advise it’s not, in any way, child-proof, or especially adapted to minors or people with disabilities. It’s not a risk-free environment. Please, use common sense while enjoying this place. Please note that the pools and other amenities are subject to availability and may be closed at the discretion of the building management. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand that these closures are beyond our control and we are not responsible for them. We are unable to offer compensation or resolution for any such closures. The guest is responsible for researching the area and events and determining whether it's appropriate for their stay. No refund will be issued for weather, flight cancellations, or any other travel related issues.
