We appreciate your cooperation. 🎥 Exterior Cameras Cameras are installed only in exterior areas and remain active at all times for security purposes. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is not permitted. ($250 fee if violated) Aroma A fragrance diffuser is used in the main areas. If you prefer a scent-free environment, you may unplug it at any time. ✨ Cleaning Standards The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized to high standards, with inspections completed prior to each stay. Insect Precautions Due to South Florida’s climate, insects may occasionally be present.
