Our management staff is allowed to access your unit at any time in the event of an emergency ( i.e. flood , fire ). We will of course reach out to our guests prior to accessing the unit and also knock before we enter. If we do not receive a response we will be obligated to enter in order to control the emergency. In the event of a smaller issue ( i.e. water leak, mechanical malfunction ) which will damage the unit if not addressed we will reach out to our guests. If we do not receive a response within 1 hour we will enter to assess the situation. As always we will knock before entering. If there is any malfunction / issues within the apartment during your stay please do not attempt to repair yourself. Do not tamper with the circuit breaker box or any other equipment.
