Inside the apartment, you’ll find a bright, open layout with modern finishes, a cozy living area to relax after a day out, and a fully equipped kitchen for anything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. Both bedrooms are designed for comfort with plush bedding, ample closet space, and a calm, hotel-like feel. The bathrooms are sleek and spa-inspired, perfect for getting ready before a night out or unwinding after the beach. The Crosby also delivers on amenities—enjoy resort-style spaces like the pool deck, fitness center, stylish lounge areas, and other upscale building features that make your stay feel elevated from start to finish. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better: you’re walking distance to Bayside Marketplace and the Miami Heat arena, about 15 minutes to Miami International Airport, and roughly 10 minutes to the Port of Miami for cruises. Perfect for vacation, work trips, or a little bit of both. Guests will have complete access to the private apartment and the building’s shared amenities, including the pool, gym, spa areas, lounges, co-working spaces, game lounge, and movie room. However, as per building management’s requirement, guests must submit a photo of their government-issued ID and the full names of all occupants before arriving. Valet parking is available at the building: • First 2 hours: $20 • 2–6 hours: $30 • Daily rate: $45 Please allow up to 30 minutes for vehicle retrieval, especially during peak hours. We recommend requesting your vehicle in advance whenever possible to avoid delays. Park Hero is also a helpful app to have if you choose to park elsewhere. Check-in begins at 4 pm. Check out is 10 a.m Dogs are welcome as long as they are added to the reservation and comply with the following • Dogs must be under 25 pounds • Dogs must be registered with proof of rabies vaccination • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times • Dogs are not permitted in any public areas of the building, indoors or outdoors Also to comply with building requirements we’ll need a photo ID for all guests over 18, along with the primary guest’s phone number and email address to register you with the building.
