The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a nice living room, 1 bathroom (with free toiletries and a hair dryer), a living room, a dining area and a kitchen complete with dishwasher and oven. Access the pools on the 15th floor, the gym and the gorgeous spa with 3 jacuzzis, 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms.
Pools open Saturdays and Sundays. Only 2 personal, non-transferable amenity passes are issued for adults. Minors don’t need one if with an adult who has it. Sleeps 4. Only paid valet parking available.
The building administration requires a government-issued photo ID for all guests—passport for non-US guests and driver’s license or similar for US guests. Please send this information here on Airbnb in the “Contact Host” section, as we do not have access to IDs provided directly to Airbnb. Be prepared to show your government-issued photo IDs at the front desk. Thank you!
The pool and pool deck are available on Saturdays and Sundays only, weather permitting, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Availability and hours may change, so please confirm with the front desk during your stay.
Per building policy, *only 2 amenity passes* are issued for adults. These are personal and non-transferable. Guests under 18 do not need a pass as long as they are accompanied by an adult who has one.
Balconies and windows may be closed at times during the building renovations. No confirmed end date.
-> Please note that the balconies are currently closed. Please do not move anything onto the balcony, as it must remain completely empty. Also, do not attempt to access it, as the doors must remain locked at all times. There is a risk of debris falling there during this stage of the renovation. Thank you for your understanding.

Enjoy a luxurious stay in this condo at the Icon Brickell Tower 3 residences. Located in the heart of Brickell, the building is walking distance from restaurants, parks, bars and more. The condo faces the bay and the largest and most famous pool of Brickell. This apartment is perfect for people who are looking to take a break and relax. The whole apartment is available (990 Sq Ft --92 m2-- living area). There's a Flat Screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you’ll be able to cook your own meals.

If you have any issues during your stay such as cleaning, pest control, or maintenance, please allow 24 hours for us to attempt to solve them.
CLEANING
Our team of cleaners does their best to have the unit clean and sanitized for your arrival. If there’s any item that needs our attention, we will attempt to fix it right away. We can send a cleaner to the unit at no cost to you.
PEST CONTROL
Bugs and pests are a pain, especially here in Florida. Some bugs do not live inside the house but are quick to enter through an open door or cracked window. Please don’t worry, the pest control company that services our homes can be notified and will send someone to treat it.
MAINTENANCE
All parts of the house such as appliances, plumbing, and furniture will at one time or another need the attention of our maintenance team, but we are here to help. Garbage disposals can get stuck, toilets might get clogged, or something could stop working. Unfortunately, we can’t foresee these incidents, but we can fix them.
Please note that the building will be conducting the annual fire alarm inspection between April 6 and April 24, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During this time, alarms may sound and building staff or inspectors may need access to the unit briefly, as required by the building. This is a mandatory inspection for all units.
Guests have access to the building’s resort-style amenities, including the massive pool deck with multiple pools: an Olympic-length lap pool, a wading area, and a large hot tub, all with poolside seating and towel service.
The fitness center and spa are also available, featuring cardio and strength training equipment, steam rooms, saunas, whirlpools, and cold plunge pools. *Open daily.
To use the pool, gym, or spa pools, take the FOB from the unit and go to the 15th floor. The FOB unlocks the doors to these areas. At the 15th-floor lobby desk, give your unit number to the staff, and they will issue a digital pass to your phone for amenity access. Access is non-transferable, and no physical amenity cards are given. Massages at the spa are not included.
Please note the bathtub in the apartment is not an amenity and is not meant to be filled, as it may cause a leak in the apartment below. For your comfort, please use the spa area instead. Thank you for your understanding.

You can also benefit from its exclusive location in the heart of Brickell/Downtown. Located right above WholeFoods and walking distance from famous touristic attractions such as Zuma, Brickell City Center, Nusr-Et, Brickell Key Park, Bayside and more! If you are looking to visit exotic places of the city, this amazing condo is located right in the middle. South Beach is only a few minutes away, but also Bayfront Park or Midtown. It is a block away from Miami Metro Mover, so it is very useful for moving around, and for free! This neighborhood is considered as being full of life and yet has also outstanding areas where people can relax and find inner peace.
For the FOBs to work, please, hold them longer near the sensor, until the sensor shows a green light. If they don’t work, please, ask the Front Desk to let you use the elevator, so you can get to your floor, and let us know about it. Thanks!

Port of Miami is 2.1 miles from the accommodation. The nearest airport is Miami International Airport, 8 miles from Icon Brickell. The place has a central location in the heart of Miami. It's 15 minutes away from South Beach and 10 minutes from Wynwood (by car), and 5 minutes away walking to Downtown Miami and Brickell City Center (a famous and huge mall).
In walking distance to the Food Market, to exclusive mall, Bayside, train station, River Walk, and many more interesting places!
Right across the river from Downtown Miami. Walk to great restaurants and night life. Only a few blocks from Whole Foods and Publix supermarkets. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
Remember to take out the trash daily to avoid attracting insects.

The TV is a Smart TV that works only with streaming apps. Please use your account in one of the available apps on the TV.
Air conditioner: 73 F is the lowest temperature the air conditioner supports. If the temperature outside is below 73 F, don’t put the the air conditioner’s temperature below 73 F, as the air conditioner may freeze and stop working. Please, keep the windows and doors tightly closed, while the air conditioner is on, as keeping them opened would cause condensation inside the ducts (that eventually leads to mold!) and the temperature in the apartment won’t go down.
This is a self check in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow all instructions being provided on AirBnb through the house manual, the check in guide and chat messages. You also agree that you are not going to contact your AirBnb host before reading all instructions. You are also responsible for any loss the host may incur because you didn’t follow any law, rule, instruction etc.

If you are going to need any kid’s or baby’s amenities we offer, please, let us know a few days in advance so we can relocate the amenities you’ll need to your apartment, as they are very low demand equipment.

We are not responsible for anything off of our property and no refund will be issued for weather, issues with city owned beach or roads, or events and crowds that disrupt a guest's stay. Further, we have our home on a routine pest and insect maintenance schedule but that does not guarantee that guests will not encounter insects or other wildlife and any such encounter is not grounds for refund. We are a strict "no refund" vacation rental, this means if there is an issue with the home that makes the home uninhabitable, guests may check out and receive a refund for any unused nights but if the guest has an issue with the home but still chooses to remain in the home there will be no refund issued for any reason.
To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of toilet paper (along with a few extra rolls under the bathroom sink) and of other things, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
