The main areas flow comfortably between the living room, dining space, and kitchen, making it easy for everyone to gather. The dining table seats eight, and there’s extra bar seating for casual meals. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishes, coffee essentials, and the basics you’ll need for everyday cooking. There are three private bedrooms, each with doors, plus a bonus room that doubles as an office/sleeping area. The bonus room includes a futon, a twin daybed, and a privacy screen ideal for kids, extra guests, or anyone needing a dedicated workspace (note: this is not a fully enclosed bedroom). High-speed fiber internet makes the home a comfortable spot for remote work or streaming. The backyard is the highlight of the property. An oversized heated pool has a consistent 5-foot depth, LED lighting for evening swims, and an attached hot-tub/spa. Mature greenery and a fully fenced yard create a secluded, resort-style setting. Pets welcomed ! Both front and back yard is fully fenced ! Guests have full access to the entire home, including: • All bedrooms and living areas • Kitchen and laundry • Private fenced front and back yard • Pool and spa • Driveway and 2-car garage Other things to note • The pool is cleaned weekly on Wednesdays. • Extra pool cleanings can be arranged at your own cost. • The pool heater is optional at $10/hr and can be placed on a timer. • Lawn and pool care may occur during extended stays. • Pets are welcome with prior approval. • The fourth “bedroom” is a flexible office/sleep space with a futon and twin bed, not a fully enclosed room.
