The building offers restaurants and shops on the first floor, yet the unit is quiet and peaceful. Pool, Gym, and Jacuzzis. Sleeps up to 4 people (2 adults) Building approval is required. Parking for a fee. Located on the 29th floor and facing South this 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom retreat offers both Downtown Miami views and Biscayne Bay water views from its private balcony. With over 1200 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. It accommodates a maximum of 2 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger). Upon entering the unit you will find a fully equipped kitchen. There is a Publix grocery store 1/2 block away so cooking on vacation just got a lot more convenient. There's also a washer and dryer in the unit. The front entryway features a convenient half bathroom located just across from the kitchen area. The dining area offers ample space for up to four guests to dine. The large floor-to-ceiling mirror creates an even more spacious feel. The living room is perfect for unwinding while catching up on your favorite shows and movies, and planning all the exciting hot spots you must visit during your stay in Miami, or just being mesmerized by the gorgeous ocean views. Just steps away from the living room is your private balcony, offering views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay. This spacious balcony spans half the width of the condo and is furnished, making it the perfect spot to soak up the sun during the day and take in the stunning night views, maybe sharing a coffee or drink. To the east, you'll enjoy views of Biscayne Bay, the Port of Miami, and Venetian Marina, while to the south you'll have an amazing look at the downtown Miami area. The Master bedroom suite spans the entire length of the condo, featuring a queen-sized bed and TV. You can step out onto the balcony from the bedroom, which provides gorgeous views. The spacious walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space for your luggage and shopping bags filled with Miami's amazing finds. The master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and beautiful finishes. For a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, guests can visit the hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby which features an all-you-can-eat brunch on Sundays. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay. There are plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand Lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Bamboo Spa (offering massage, facials, nails and hair services), Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building. As your host, I will interact with you via email, text, or call, to help with the building approval process and during your stay when needed. Walkable area with a beautiful park next door where you can also play volleyball, basketball, tennis, rent paddle boards etc. A block away from the Metro mover station that connects to Downtown, Brickell, Miami Airport and so much more! Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend utilizing the nearby Miami Metromover for your travel needs. At The Grand, valet service stands as the sole parking option. Opt to pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. Within the building's retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs. BOOKING RULES: 21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements. ***Please note that a full building application for residency is required upon booking. For background check application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed. After you reserve the apartment, you must send me copies of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for international guests for building registration. All documents must be legible as well as; - $100 application for two adults background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking). 48-72 hours business day approval process - Emails for each adult - Each adult will receive via Docusign the building lease addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens. BUILDING RULES: I know it's so NOT fun to read a bunch of rules when planning your vacation! However, our building DOES have rules, and YES, we ALL need to follow them. Again, we know, so NOT fun! Please read through them, and yes, we will need you to confirm with us after booking that you agree to them. - VISITORS OF REGISTERED GUESTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UP TO RESIDENTIAL CONDOS FOR BOOKINGS LESS THAN 30 NIGHT BOOKINGS. Simply, you can't bring anyone up to the condo during your stay for any length of time. Only the actual registered guests within your booking are permitted up to the condo. The Grand has a No Visitors policy and this can not be amended. So, if you plan to have extra visitors over during your stay, .. our building may not be a good fit for you, and it's best to know this in advance. On a positive note, The Grand is very safe and secure, and that's a GOOD thing! - THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 2 ADULTS plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger) - we can not amend that occupancy number, .. not before arrival or during your stay. It will break our hearts to disappoint you, so please do not ask! Anyone 16 years of age and older is considered an adult by our building. If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. -Yes, Guests who have booked a month or longer are permitted to have visitors. Visitors must be kept at a minimum at all times. Overnight visitors are not permitted for any length of booking. - Miami is a lively city that never sleeps, so go out and enjoy the loud music and partying! But do not bring it home with you, because loud music and parties are just not tolerated in our building! Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is that the Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves but mainly by residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment. - We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! I am not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after checkout. I will be happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense), but I am not liable for them. - No third-party bookings. - There is no smoking of any kind permitted on the property. There is just no nice way to state this .. so here is the reality, if smoking is detected, you will face eviction. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. - Will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of my control, and will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay. - Absolutely no pets are permitted. I am unable to amend this rule. I love animals, however, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals. You must be 21+ to book, so please check your ID before booking to make sure you are 21 or older before, not after booking! This alleviates a ton of time canceling a booking on both ends. - All guests will receive a hand-scan at check-in for access around the building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from the system at noon on check-out day. Cancellations: -We cannot alter the strict cancellation policy or the displayed refund amount. Please review them carefully before booking. -No refunds will be provided due to flight cancellations or weather, except in the event of a state of emergency in Florida (Miami-Dade county). If Florida (Miami-Dade county) is under a state of emergency I would consider a refund. -I strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies. The host is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel insurance.  PACKAGES: Apologies, but the building policy doesn't allow short-stay guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends.

Cancellation policy

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
