We are located on the mouth of the Miami River on the sea, with amazing views of the sunrise in the morning and sunsets in the dusk. Steps from City Centre Mall, downtown, restaurants, and nightclubs. Six miles from Design District and South Beach. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY! A 5-star Condo at the W Miami, in the heart of Brickell. This is an unique space for its gorgeous and amazing views: city/river/sea views with sunrise in the morning and sunsets in the dusk and luxurious architectural buildings !. Fully equipped kitchen with Italian cabinets, HD Smart LED TVs in the master room plus extra TV in the living room, 200+ channels, HBO & Showtime, connected to the internet to watch your Netflix. Also, the spa & gym are included. The luxurious Icon Brickell resort in Miami was designed by Philippe Starck, featuring a 28,000-square-foot spa, and fitness center, wet and dry saunas, poolside bar and fireplace, and a life-size chess set. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark, a small park, and the Miami River surround it. Also, the Business Center at W Hotel is available. Referred to as the 'Manhattan of the South', Brickell is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, and home to many of Miami's top restaurants, shops and places of entertainment. Amenity card to access it will be provided by the building, 2 per bedroom If guests IDs are not sent before 11pm, we can’t guarantee the unit access although the check in is flexible and could be done at the front desk anytime after 3pm since the building requires all hosts in the building registering guests with their IDs. Without the registration they will not let you in. Thanks for your understanding. Early check-in is subject to availability and it has a $30 fee from 12:30pm. Amenity card will be provided by the building on the ground level , 2 per 1-bedroom. 1. The Icon Spa: a staggering 28,000 square feet, complete with a juice bar, treatment rooms for exotic massages, and a 5,000 square foot aqua-therapy lounge, His and Hers Eucalyptus steam rooms, saunas, and relaxation areas. Guest passes to the Spa are included complimentary with your rental! Our guests can use the access cards, same pass for the gym and pool (2 provided per room as per building policies) unlimited for the duration of their stay.; also the gym is free of charge (use guest cards from my unit). 2. This beautiful condo is located in the Heart of Miami: 1. Three blocks from Brickell City Centre Mall: With 4 Levels Of Unparalleled Shopping, Dining And Entertainment; 2. Steps from restaurants, cafés, and nightclubs; 3. Five miles from Design Districts and Wynwood; 4. Seven miles from South Beach. Miami-Dade County's integrated public transportation system is an easy and affordable transportation option offering access to major business, shopping, entertainment, attractions and cultural centers. I will provide you all the information about the many local destinations you can discover on Metrobus, Metrorail, and Metromover. A. Popular destinations: American Airlines Arena, Bayside & Bayfront Park, Brickell, Coconut Grove-Cocowalk, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach / South Beach, Sun Life Stadium. B. Arts and Culture: Adrienne Arsht Center, Bass Museum, History Miami, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, Pérez Art Museum Miami, Miami Children’s Museum, Miami Museum of Science From August 2025 to mid 2026, the Pool will be closed Monday-Friday (with occasionally weekend closures) due to building work. Construction noise is expected. Balconies will be closed late summer/fall and windows will be covered with protective film. Our balcony is currently accessible. Indoor spa and gym remain fully open. Our current pricing already reflects this inconvenience. A- "Parking options": 1. I have a parking spot across the street that we rent from the building across the street and subrent it to our guests for their convenience. The cost is $40/24 hours. Please, contact me to check if it is available. 2. There is a valet parking in our building that costs $50 dollars/overnight and $11/hour during the day. 3. There are public parking garages 5-7 minutes walking distance from our building and the cost could vary from $45 to $70 dollars/24 hours. We have in our area, a metro mover that connects with other Miami areas like downtown. Travel in the metro mover is free. B- "Planing to Cook" or buy natural & organic grocery items to cook during the stay in our apartment: five minutes walking from the Icon Brickell Building across the river on the way to downtown, there is a Whole Foods Market.
