Once your reservation is confirmed, we will request the full name, photo ID, and email address of each adult guest to complete the registration and prepare access cards (up to four per unit). Please provide this information at least one week before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Access will only be granted once registration is complete. Any registrations not completed at least 72 hours before arrival will be subject to a $100 fee charged by the condominium and payable through Airbnb. Four access cards are included. Additional or replacement cards cost $10 each. At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older. If there is anything special we can do to make your stay amazing, let me know. CONDOMINIUM FEE • A one-time $110 condominium fee is required (included in the price). • Four access cards are provided; additional cards are available for $10 each. FINAL CLEANING • A one-time cleaning fee of $180 is charged for the final cleaning (included in the price). HOUSEKEEPING • Daily housekeeping and linen changes are not included in the rental rate. • Extra bed sheets and bath towels are available upon request. • Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. EARLY CHECK IN - LATE CHECK OUT • Check-in: From 4:00 PM (flexible) • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability. Payment must be completed before check-in. • If you need more than two extra hours, we strongly recommend booking the previous night (for early check-in) or an additional night (for late check-out). PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES) • You may send packages to the apartment during your stay. They will be left at the apartment door. • Any forgotten belongings or packages delivered after check-out can be shipped back upon request for a $25 handling fee, plus the cost of shipping. RESERVATIONS DATE MODIFICATION • Date changes will only be accepted if the new check-in or check-out date falls within 3 days before or after the original reservation dates, subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival. If the requested change exceeds this limit, guests may cancel the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. NOTES • The apartment is prepared for travelers and is offered AS IS. No furniture will be removed, changed, or added. • Streaming channels are available through guests’ own accounts. • Toilet paper, Shampoo and conditioner are provided for the first day. • As per Florida law, we do not provide meals or pantry items.
