This tiny home is fully renovated featuring a brand new kitchen and fully updated bathroom, a walk in closet with ample storage, and a full sized bed. The house is located in the heart of miami, just within 3 miles of Miami's art scene, two minute drive from North and South i95 exits, and just a few minutes from all the hot spots and points of interest. Lush open spaces under a large canopy, surrounded by tropical foliage, fruit trees, multiple lounge areas, located in a fenced in back yard. There are two very large and friendly family dogs. Guests are allowed to enjoy and roam the yards as they please. There is a communal laundry area, there are communal shaded sitting areas in the front yard and back yard. Guests will also have their own private backyard, inaccessible to anyone else including the dogs. Host may ask for permission to enter the yard for yard maintenance only. There is open parking directly in front of the property or anywhere else in the street. I am always available over text, and I am always very happy to answer any questions you may have and give recommendations on great places to eat, parks to visit, or events happening in town. keep in mind there are two very large very friendly dogs in the property. Be mindful that all shared spaces will also be shared with our dogs, and upon arrival Host will ask to introduce all guests to the dogs.
