Relax in two story cottage on our beautiful permaculture farm, with your bedroom nestled into the trees. Enjoy peaceful space in a friendly community of people, farm animals, and organic gardens. Our lovely farm is the place to come to have the convenience of city life and the relaxing paradise you need after an active day. Please check in by 7 pm on arrival date. Our cottage is spacious, with queen bed in loft built within the trees. Connect with nature and savor the peacefulness on your private balcony overlooking the animals and tree canopy. The cottage has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and sink. There is a toilet in the cottage. A private outdoor bathroom and shower are just steps from your door. The cottage has air conditioning and ceiling fans Located near the chicken yard, you will hear rooster crows in very early morning hours. Earplugs help. There are always people around the farm; some are guests, some are residents; others volunteer time on the farm. You can have as much interaction as you like, or find a hammock in a quiet space and blissfully escape. Ours is an eclectic community located in a low-income neighborhood of Miami. Many people are surprised to discover our beautiful oasis, the only urban farm in Miami. As it is a farm, we start our day early. We ask that you check-in by 7:00 p.m. on arrival day. Later hours cannot be accomodated. We are centrally located and easy to find. If you want a quiet, pretty place to unwind after experiencing the glitter of Miami, you will be very pleased. Feel free to lounge in our hammocks and quiet spaces around the farm. You can feed the animals, play with friendly cats, partake in farm events, play lively games of volleyball every Sunday. Please check in by 7 p.m. on arrival date. We are available to assist you with your needs throughout your stay at the farm. You will be delighted by the beauty of the farm. It is a surprising haven within the concrete jungle. We are dedicated to creating as simple and sustainable lifestyle as possible. We offer airport drop-off (sorry, not pick-up) for reasonable fees. Public transportation is easy here, one block away there are buses to South Beach, Wynwood, Art District. We are less than 5 minutes to I-95 freeway. Check-in no later than 7 pm on your arrival date.
